Beautiful Holiday Home of recent construction that will provide you with the rest you need from the big city without forgetting the basic needs you may require and that you can not find in other rural accommodations.
It is only 4 km away. from the urban center of Alhaurín el Grande, where you can find the typical neighborhood businesses such as greengrocers, delicatessens, fishmongers or butchers or large areas such as Mercadona. In addition to the food sector you can find all kinds of leisure services.
The location of Alhaurín el Grande allows you to access different routes through the Province of Málaga in a very short time.
The city of Malaga is only 23 km away. (25 minutes by car) from the house, Malaga Airport about 16 km. (15 minutes by car), and the nearest beach (Torremolinos) about 16 km. and 20 minutes by car. Other important cities of the Costa del Sol such as Marbella are about 30 km away. and 30 minutes by car.
It has a completely fenced plot, you can park your vehicle indoors, this space is for two vehicles.
Your pool will allow you to cool off by sunbathing or enjoying the space that is suitable for barbecue. From these spaces you can have your children controlled in case you travel with them. You can also observe them, read a book or simply breathe tranquility, from the fabulous terrace at the entrance of the accommodation. This terrace presents the accommodation and gives way to its incredible and cozy decoration.
The accommodation being on the ground floor is distributed in the center with a large living room with a very modern sofa, mini-TV and Smart TV. The living room has large windows where you can enjoy the light of day and outside sitting on the sofa.
The kitchen is independent, with modern appliances and high quality, you will not lack anything to prepare your lunches, dinners or breakfast.
The bathroom is shower, modern, elegant and spacious. You will enjoy taking a warm bath.
The rooms are two, a master with a double bed in which a beautiful view will wake you up every morning thanks to the large window available. The second room with two double beds and a small room will allow for suitcases and can also accommodate an extra bed at the request of the client when making the reservation.
