Large and spacious villa with large exteriors and in a quiet environment.

Magnificent and spacious private villa located in the beautiful town of Alhaurín el Grande, a very short distance from the international airport of Málaga and the best beaches in the province, and also located in the centre of the Costa del Sol with very good transport links.
The house has three large bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds of 90 and a third bedroom with two single beds of 90. Very large living room, separate kitchen, two bathrooms, one of them en-suite, and a spectacular porch with views of the countryside, the pool and the Sierra de Mijas.
The house is fully equipped, has air conditioning, as well as a pellet fireplace. Parking area for several vehicles. A fantastic covered barbecue with a large central table, pantry, iron, refrigerator, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, etc. 7.5 x 4 swimming pool. Bathroom with shower in the pool area.
