Perched high on a hill, it allows you to enjoy fabulous panoramic views while making the most of the warm sun rays and the quiet surroundings.

Inside, the house features a charming rustic style, with beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and wooden furniture. The living room welcomes a sofa, a TV, and a large fireplace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. The house also has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a bunk bed. A bathroom with a shower tray completes the layout.

The bedrooms and the living room are provided with wall-mounted electric radiators. The living room also has warm/cool air-con, while the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

The house is accessed through a magnificent glazed veranda, which is equipped with a dining table and chill-out area. This space allows you to enjoy the vistas on the chilliest days, too, while enjoying tasty delicacies or a good book.

The gorgeous outdoor terrace features a gazebo where you can eat "al fresco", sun loungers for sunbathing and enjoying the views, and a lovely private pool to cool off anytime you want.

Access to the house, which is located in the mountains, is through an 800-metre dirt track.
