Ground floor: entrance with built-in wardrobe, mirrors, reading or work corner and a sofa, natural plants, kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, 1 double bedroom with 1 en-suite bathroom, 1 shower room, storage room, covered terrace.
1st floor: children's bedroom with 1 bathroom in the hallway, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and its terrace, library-bedroom with solarium - a large terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers.
All bedrooms and the living room have hot/cold air conditioning. In winter a gas stove can be added.
Fully equipped kitchen; fridge, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer etc. The washing machine is in the storage room.
Quiet area of private villas, residential development. Sea views. Los Boliches beach and Fuengirola centre are about 10 minutes away by car. All public services are in Mijas, about 1.5km away. You can walk there. The Molino del Cura bus stop is 1km away.
Private parking for 3-4 cars.
Garden with fruit trees, barbecue area, ping-pong table, dart board, egg swing on the terrace, private pool.
Next door lives the maintenance man for any help.
Free community gym, on the street.
