This huge two-storey villa can accommodate up to 12 people, which makes for a fantastic group holiday destination in the city of Benalmadena, only 3 km from the beaches of the Costa del Sol.

The ground floor of the villa features a spacious dining-living room with comfortable sofas. Various windows let the light flood in, providing the room with a warm atmosphere. From the living area, you can access the other rooms on the ground floor: a fully-equipped independent kitchen, two bathrooms (with both bathtub and shower), and three bedrooms. One of them is equipped with one double bed, whereas the other two are provided with two single beds each.

Facing the main door, a staircase leads to the first floor of the villa, where the other three bedrooms are located. One bedroom is furnished with one single bed, one with two single beds and the third bedroom features three single beds. On this floor, you will also have a bathroom with shower at your disposal and a spectacular, 42-sq-mt rooftop terrace overlooking the city of Benalmadena down to the Mediterranean Sea.

The outdoor area, which you can access via a staircase from the ground floor of the villa, boasts a 40-sq-mt covered porch where you can share “al fresco” dining and barbeques with the whole family. The rest of the outdoors, characterised by a smooth slope, welcomes a private pool, which is blessed with sunshine all day long, and various sun loungers. Here, you can sunbathe as much as you want, while you revel in the splendid views that surround this holiday villa.

The access to the house is possible via a paved lane, the accommodation being located in a urbanisation in Benalmadena.
