This lovely holiday home provides enough space and all the comforts for you to spend a relaxing holiday in the province of Malaga, close to all the facilities of the Costa del Sol. The rustic style of the holiday home enhances its charm, while the modern-day equipment contributes to creating a warm and snug atmosphere.

Once you enter the house, you are welcomed by a double height dining-living area where wooden furniture and stone details stand out. This room features a 6-place dining table near a stove, a cosy sofa, a fully equipped open kitchen and a staircase leading to the wooden mezzanine. A two-place sofa bed allows two people to sleep here.

The rest of the floor features one bathroom with shower and three cosy bedrooms. The master one is equipped with one double bed, whereas the other welcomes two twin beds. In the third bedroom, you will find a single bed. Therefore, up to seven people can spend their holidays in this villa.

Warm/cool air-con is provided in the mezzanine and the master bedroom.

In the outdoor area, you will have all the equipment you may desire at hand. For example, the fabulous, partially-enclosed kitchen with BBQ and shadowed area for "al fresco" dining, where the whole family can gather and rejoice in delicious meals. Leisure activities can also be carried out outdoor, such as playing ping-pong or football table. And of course, the fenced private pool, which lets everyone refresh during the hot summer days. A poolside toilet completes the villa's facilities.

The access to the house is possible via a paved lane.
