This quiet holiday home ensures the most relaxing holidays for you and your family. Because it can welcome up to six people, and thanks to the enveloping rustic atmosphere, the house guarantees that the whole family spend an unforgettable holiday.

The house is distributed on a single floor, and it's divided into a living area and a bedrooms area. The living room welcomes a dining area, a comfortable sofa and a fireplace, as well as a wood-burning stove. The independent kitchen is entirely equipped, providing you with all the kitchen tools and appliances you might need during your stay. The house features three bedrooms, two with a double bed each and one with two twin beds; the master bedroom also relies on an en-suite with shower. Another bathroom with shower is available for the six guests of the house. Warm/cool air-con is provided inside the house, in the living room and the three bedrooms.

Outdoor, the villa features a quiet garden, where you can spend some time relaxing. The porch welcomes an area for "al fresco" dining and, in the backyard, you will find a gorgeous private pool, where you will refresh when the temperatures rise. The poolside sun loungers allow all the family members to sunbathe. From the pool area, a staircase leads to the lovely rooftop terrace, where you can make the most of the gorgeous hill views that surround the property.

The access to the villa is possible via a 700-mt dirt track.
