The house is distributed on the ground floor of the property. Since the first floor is the owner’s storeroom and it’s kept closed when the villa is being rented out, you and your family will enjoy exclusive use of the whole property, both inside and outside the holiday home.

The first room you will find as you enter the villa is the cosy dining-living room, whose open-space concept is permeated by a rustic atmosphere. This is conveyed by the massive stone fireplace in the corner, a comfortable sofa and a fantastic 6-place dining table. On the left side of the room, you will find the fully-equipped open kitchen, characterised by a useful brick breakfast bar. From the living room, you can access the bathroom with shower and a smaller living room, accessible via a few steps.

The living area you will find here is a dream come true: wide windows let the light flood in as you enjoy the splendid views. The dining and lounge areas provide all the comfort you’ll need to make the most of the surrounding panorama. And, if it weren’t enough, this room leads to another room that welcomes a private sauna and a Jacuzzi. The three bedrooms of the villa are provided with comfortable beds and warm/cool air-con: one with two single beds and two with one double bed each; one of these bedrooms also features an en-suite with shower, which is adapted for people with reduced mobility.

The gorgeous outdoor backyard features a perfectly maintained garden with a newly-built private pool and lounge areas where you can soak up the warm sunshine. The access to the house is made possible via a 20 mt-long paved lane, from the main road that flanks the house.
