Nestled on a hillside, this villa allows you and your family to make the most of your well-deserved holidays, enveloped by smooth hills, and with as much quietness and peace as you want.

The indoor of the house is soaked in a rustic atmosphere, where, however, all the modern tools and appliances are present, to provide you with the highest degree of comfort. Enter the holiday home to find a double height dining-living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa, a dining area and a fully equipped galley corner with a picturesque breakfast bar. The lights flood in from the windows on the wall, but, most of all, from the wide window above the kitchen.

The living room also features warm/cool air-con.

The villa's three bedrooms are as comfortable as you can imagine, all three of them equipped with cosy beds, charming decoration, and radiators, too. The master bedroom is provided with one double bed; another bedroom features two twin beds, and a third single bed is located inside the third bedroom. The elegant bathroom with walk-in shower completes the facilities of the house.

Despite the charming features of the indoor area, you will spend as much time as possible outside, where you will relax as never before. You can do so while sitting in the chill-out area of the covered porch, or around the seating area to enjoy delicious "al fresco" dinners. These, you will have conveniently cooked in the nearby BBQ, to surprise your family's palate.

However, the most appealing area is the private pool, which you can reach via a descending staircase. Here, you can refresh when the temperatures rise, as well as enjoy the sunshine on the poolside sun loungers.

The access to the house is possible via a 300-mt dirt track.
