This rustic holiday home is set in the lovely town of Moclinejo, at 450 mt above sea level, which offers breathtaking sea views and of the surrounding countryside. The whole family can spend their holidays here, relaxing and enjoying the most authentic atmosphere. Besides, you will have all the facilities and service at hand, such as bakeries, pharmacies and a supermarket.
The rustic vibes of this two-storey holiday home will envelop you as soon as you step a foot inside the house, which will welcome you with wooden sloping ceilings, terracotta floors and wooden furniture. The first floor is equipped with a dining-living room with a TV and a picturesque fireplace in one corner, and a fully equipped open kitchen. Next to it, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub are also available. On the ground floor, you will find the gorgeous master bedroom with a double bed, which is accompanied by a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The villa's third bedroom is joined to the main house, but you will enter it from the pool area. This bedroom is furnished with a double bed.
The enclosed patio of this holiday home is the perfect corner to enjoy the Andalusian sunshine, refresh in the newly-built, round-shaped private pool and chill out in the seating area. Also, the covered pergola ensures that you and your family will share the most delicious meals accompanied by lovely views.
The access to the house is fully paved.
