The beautiful complex that welcomes this four-people apartment lies in Marbella, less than 300 metres from the beach of the most glamorous city on the Costa del Sol. The enclosed property features security system 24/7, an impressive swimming pool and one for children, and three tennis courts where you can keep in shape, even on holidays.
The 85-sq-mt apartment can welcome four guests, who will rest in the two bedrooms provided. One of them is equipped with one double bed, whereas the other is provided with two twin beds. The dining-living room features a sofa and several armchairs, as well as access to the spacious, covered terrace. The fully equipped independent kitchen, with a laundry room, and two bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub) complete the layout of the apartment, which also relies on warm/cool air-con.
Lastly, the guests of this apartment also have a covered parking lot at their disposal, located in the same building.
