This modern villa provides its guests with spectacular panoramic views of the countryside and with all the comforts needed to spend the most unforgettable holidays. Moreover, the closeness to the A-355 road ensures easy access both to Coin itself and the most renowned landmarks on the Costa del Sol.

The house is distributed on two floors. The ground floor welcomes the living space of the property: a cosy dining-living room with fireplace and comfortable sofas whose door windows open onto the spectacular terrace; the fully equipped independent kitchen, where you will find all the tools and appliances to prepare tasty meals; and a toilet.

The first floor is provided with the villa's four bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with one double bed and an ensuite with a beautiful whirlpool bathtub, thanks to which you will relax like never before. Another bedroom is also furnished with a double bed, and it's provided with an ensuite with bathtub. The third bedroom located on this floor features two twin beds, while, in the fourth bedroom, you will have one double bed and two twin beds at your disposal. The third bathroom with bathtub is available on the upper floor.

Warm/cool air-con is provided in the whole house.

On the terrace, you and your family will find the ideal spot to enjoy the sunshine and the warm temperatures of the province of Malaga. You can do so in the oval-shaped private pool while rejoicing in the views, in the covered chill-out area while having a drink, or on the swing sofa near the outdoor dining table. Whatever you choose, you will be making the most of your holidays in Andalucia in no time.

The access to the villa is fully paved.
