Holiday home on the outskirts of Alhaurín el Grande, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.
This immaculate 77 m2 holiday home has been recently built in a contemporary style, ensuring the most relaxing experience in the Guadalhorce Valley.
The open concept of the interior area allows the whole family to share their free time and choose how they want to spend it: preparing delicious delicacies in the fully equipped kitchenette, enjoying tasty appetizers around the dining table or relaxing on the comfortable sofa. The hot/cold air conditioning allows you to enjoy the room regardless of the season in which you travel. The bedroom has a double bed. A charming bathroom with a large shower tray is available to guests.
In the outdoor area, you will find a large partially covered porch with an outdoor dining area, which will become the perfect place to take advantage of the tranquility and views of the Sierra de Mijas that characterize this house. Some steps lead to the terrace, where the private pool and sun loungers are located. Here, you will be given long moments of relaxation, while you unwind by the pool or take advantage of the barbecue.
The private parking located inside the property can accommodate up to 3 cars.
Access to the house is through a 1 km concrete lane.
