In the quiet setting of the outskirts of Alhaurin el Grande, you’ll find a splendid accommodation that will make you wonder why the holidays must come to an end. In fact, in this gorgeous, recently-built holiday villa, you will enjoy all the comforts and modern-day facilities surrounded by the countryside to let you live the most relaxing stay.

The three-storey villa, which is characterised by a contemporary-style design, features all the facilities and comforts you expect to find in such a dreamy accommodation. The entrance hall leads to a coquettish living room, where a football table and a spacious, comfortable sofa are located. This room gives access to a spacious bathroom with a huge shower and wooden furniture, the same you can find in a relaxing spa (and the experience is very much alike). On the same floor, you will also find a fantastic gym, where you could keep yourself in shape if you want to.

From this floor, you can access the living area, located after a flight of stairs. The spectacular open space welcoming the living room and the kitchen is a real dream come true. In fact, here you will find a wide dining-living room with satellite TV and windows providing panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and town of Alhaurin el Grande. On one side of the room, you can access a private terrace, whereas, on the other side, where the dining area and the fully-equipped semi-independent kitchen are located, there’s a huge sliding window opening onto the spectacular porch and garden.

Last but not least, the three bedrooms of the villa are all located on the upper floor, where you will also find a studio room. One bedroom is equipped with a 1.35 x 1.90-mt double bed and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, a bathtub and an independent toilet; one bedroom is furnished with one double bed of 1.60 x 2 mt, and an open bathroom with shower and double washbasin. This bedroom is also characterised by a useful built-in wardrobe and fabulous windows on the main wall. The third and last bedroom features two bunk beds (0.90 x 2 mt) and an en-suite. There villa features underfloor heating and warm/cool air-con in all the rooms.

The outdoor area, which you can access from the dining room of the first floor, will make you feel like you’ve ended up in a fairy tale. The fabulous porch welcomes an outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy all your meals with the view of the surrounding countryside. The porch opens onto a magnificent garden, where lush vegetation and a dreamlike private pool will provide the most relaxing moments.

Focusing on the pool, you will note that it looks like a pond: and this is exactly what the owners wanted it to look (and feel like). The pool is surrounded by lush vegetation, tall palm trees and there’s a poolside pergola with sun loungers.

The access to the villa is made possible by a 200 mt-long paved lane near the road that leads from Alhaurin to Fuengirola and Mijas.
