Pretty recently-built holiday villa for three people

Holiday home on the outskirts of Coín, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This newly-built holiday home sits among the hills that envelop the town of Coin. The spotless indoor is as cosy as you can imagine, and you will spend here the most peaceful environment that ensures a relaxing stay.

Inside the house, you will find a living area, equipped with a sofa, a dining table and a galley corner. The room is spacious enough for up to three people to chat and relax together. Afterwards, the guests can rest in the two bedrooms provided, one with a double bed and the other with one single bed. A modern bathroom with shower is also available inside the house.

The living room is provided with warm/cool air-con.

The outdoor area features a covered porch, where you will find a lovely area for "al fresco" dining, which allows you to enjoy your meals and the views of the surrounding hills. Last, but not least, the private pool that lets you refresh during the hot summer afternoons. Let your eyes wander through the hills and fall in love with the splendid panorama, while you relax in the pool.

The access to the villa is possible via a 1.3-km dirt track.
