Cosy countryside villa for five people

Holiday home near Coin, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This spectacular holiday home is set off the beaten track, in the hills that back the town of Coin, although being within a short drive from Malaga and the beaches of the coast. This way, you can choose to spend your holidays either by relaxing and unwinding surrounded by nature or discovering the spectacular surroundings of the province of Malaga.

The house is as cosy as you can imagine, being provided with all the comforts you may think of and an elegant decoration that make you feel at home far from home. The living area features comfortable sofas and a picturesque fireplace, and it shares space with the fully equipped independent kitchen. Both the living room and the kitchen provides access to the outdoor area.

There are three bedrooms in the house, which ensures a comfortable stay for a family of up to five people. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, another bedroom relies on two twin beds, and the third bedroom is equipped with one single bed. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the indoor facilities of the villa.

Warm/cool air-con is provided in the living room and in the two double bedrooms.

The spacious outdoor area ensures that you and your family will want to spend as much time as possible soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the quietness of the surrounding hilly landscape. First of all, you will find the enormous porch, equipped with an area for "al fresco" dining. Then, a few steps lead to the patio and the pool area, where you can enjoy the stunning landscape, sunbathe on the sun loungers and take a dip in the pool's refreshing waters whenever you feel like. Last, but not least, the pergola and the outdoor dining table allow the whole family to rejoice in their meals, accompanied by the tranquil ambience that envelops this country house. An outdoor bathroom with a shower is also available in the house.

The access to the holiday home is possible via a 1.5-km dirt track.
