Holiday home near Coin, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This really charming, modern two-bedroom villa is set in the midst of orange and lemon groves and fabulous countryside, yet less than 10 minutes' drive from local town of Coín, shops, bars and restaurants.

This lovely, peaceful holiday home offers comfortable accommodation. There is a well-fitted open-plan kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, an adjacent dining area and a good sized living room with comfy sofas and a TV offering some UK channels. With one double bedroom and one twin, the villa sleeps up to a maximum of four people, although a fifth extra person can sleep in the sofa bed provided. There is also a bathroom with full-size bath.

There is warm/cool air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom.

Outside a spacious covered terrace looks on to the pool and fabulous scenery beyond, and an adjacent terrace provides ample space for soaking up the sun. An outdoor summer kitchen with barbecue is an added bonus plus a recently constructed poolside bar. The entire grounds are fenced and gated, and there is ample secure parking. A children playground area completes the outdoor facilities.

The access is possible via a 2-km dirt track.
