This holiday rental is typical of the Costa del Sol, being provided with enough space for up to 6 people, closeness to the beach (and views of the Mediterranean Sea), and the same decoration you can find in all the houses of the same area. The owner lives on the ground floor of the house, which is provided with an independent access.

The one-storey holiday home features a dining-living room, provided with comfortable sofas, a dining table in the middle of the room and a galley corner. Facing the sofas, you will find a fireplace and a flat-screen TV, which allow the whole family to make the most of their stay and relax in the early hours of the afternoon. Up to six guests can sleep in the three bedrooms provided, one with a double bed and the other two with two twin beds each. A bathroom with bathtub completes the indoor facilities of the house.

The outdoor area is divided into two parts. The spacious porch offers splendid views of the cultivated fields that envelop the house, down to the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon. Here, you can rejoice in the sights and, at the same time, make the most of delicious meals on the outdoor dining table. The other area of the outdoors is the lovely private pool, around which you will also have some sun loungers, another dining table and a BBQ at your disposal. All of this ensures the best holidays and the most relaxing stay for you and your family.

The access to the property is possible via a 100-mt unpaved lane.
