Fantastic holiday villa with heated private pool and spectacular outdoors

Villa located in Alhaurín el Grande, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This spectacular villa will provide you with the most relaxing holidays you have ever had. The quiet surroundings will allow you to spend some fun moments with your family and friends.

The villa has five bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.80x2 mt) and an en-suite with shower, one with a double bed (1.50x2 mt) and a sofa, one with a double bed (1.50x2 mt) on the top floor, one with two single beds (1.05x2 metres) and the last bedroom with two single beds (0.90x1.90 metres). Besides, there are two more bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower. The living room is provided with a fireplace and comfortable sofas. The large independent kitchen is furnished with all the necessary kitchenware, in addition to welcoming a huge dining table and a wood-stone fireplace.

The ground floor is provided with underfloor heating, while on the first floor there are electric radiators. The bedrooms, living room and kitchen are provided with ducted air-con, whereas the dining room and the top floor are equipped with split air-con.

The villa is provided with TV broadcasting foreign channels.

The outdoor area is simply mesmerising. In fact, it welcomes a huge private pool surrounded by sun loungers, covered pergolas with dining areas, an outdoor kitchen with barbeque and a grill, an independent toilet and private parking. As if it weren’t enough in the garden you will find palm trees and colourful flowers, to make your stay even more pleasant.

the use of the heated pool from April 1 to October 31 is included in the price. In February, March and November, the heated swimming pool is available at an extra cost. In December and January, the pool is not available.

Last, but not least, the owner has provided the house with a table-tennis table, a hoop to play basketball, a pool table, a table football and, for the little ones, a toboggan and a swing.
