The villa’s two floors are characterised by wooden furniture and finishing touches, typical of the most authentic rural houses in Andalucia. The agricultural tools spread all over the walls indicate at best the history of this Spanish region. The ground floor, where the highest number of family activities will concentrate, is divided into a cosy dining-living room with a massive fireplace, and a fully equipped independent kitchen. On the ground floor, you will also find a bedroom with one double bed and an en-suite with walk-in shower. Upstairs, the villa features three more bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and the other two with a double bed and a single bed each. The upstairs bathroom is also provided with a walk-in shower. The house is provided with warm/cool air-con.

In the 10,000 square metres of the outdoor area, you will find several corners to relax and enjoy the renowned weather of Andalucia. Between sun and shade, you can choose which activity you fancy doing the most: reading a book under the trees, sunbathe near the pool, enjoy a drink in the coquettish shadowed area or delight yourself with a rich meal in the porch. Whatever you choose, the pool area is there to provide you with either relaxing moments or fun plays with your family. All of this in complete safety for the littlest ones and your pet, thanks to the fence that divides the pool area from the garden.

The access to the villa is possible via a 700mt unpaved lane.
