Spectacular holiday villa overlooking the town of Comares and the hills

If you want to rejoice in full privacy, in the fabulous setting of the inland part of the province of Malaga, you should consider this holiday home as your next holiday destination. Besides, the panorama that extends around the property ensures a truly relaxing stay, surrounded by peace and quietness, as well as breathtaking views of the hills and the white town of Comares.

The two floors of the villa are tastefully decorated, to provide a welcoming ambience that guarantees full relaxation for the whole family. Downstairs, you will find a dining-living room, equipped with a sofa bed for two people and a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with three single beds are also provided on the ground floor.

Upstairs, there are two bathrooms with a shower and the four remaining bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with one double bed each, another is furnished with one double bed and one single bed, and the fourth bedroom features three single beds. Besides, two of the bedrooms on the first floor open onto a fabulous terrace overlooking the hills and the town of Comares on the horizon, thus being the perfect spot where to rejoice in the area's wonderful sunsets.

Wall-mounted radiators are provided in the bedrooms, whereas the living room is equipped with a pellet stove.

The fabulous outdoor area guarantees the perfect amount of relaxation, which will help you recharge your batteries in a matter of seconds. You can sunbathe on the sun loungers, have a siesta on the Balinese bed, and rejoice in delicious meals in the porch. Last but not least, the lovely private pool allows the whole family to refresh and make the most of the privacy ensured in this place.

The pool is heated from 15th March to 15th November, at an extra cost. The maximum temperature of the water is between 28ºC and 30ºC, depending on the outdoor temperature.

The access to the villa is possible via a 180-mt unpaved lane.
