Recently-built villa for big groups in the Axarquía

This spectacular holiday villa is ideal for a family or a group of friends who seek to rejoice in the quietness of the hills. You and your beloved ones will unwind and fall in love with the surrounding countryside, as well as the lovely views you can enjoy from the pool terrace.

The villa features two floors, where you will find all the amenities and comforts that guarantee a regenerating holiday. Downstairs, you will find a cosy dining-living room with a kitchenette, two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub), and three bedrooms. All the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and one single bed each; besides, you will find a sofa bed for two people in the living room. Therefore, up to eleven people can sleep on the ground floor.

The top floor allows six more people to enjoy their privacy and rest in a lovely setting, thanks to the living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower provided. These two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and a single bed each, thus the maximum capacity of the house being of 15 people.

The spacious terrace allows the whole family to relax in the shade (thanks to the porch and the area for "al fresco" dining) and rejoice in the fabulous panorama that extends before your eyes. You can also prepare some delicious BBQ here, which makes for the perfect holiday activity.

The cherry on top is undoubtedly the private pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols that allow you and your beloved ones to sunbathe as much as you want.

The pool is heated from March 15th to November 15th, at an extra cost. The maximum temperature of the water is between 28ºC and 30ºC, depending on the outdoor temperature.

The access to the house is possible via a 300-mt dirt track.
