Holiday home 3 km from Comares, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.
This beautiful holiday accommodation is located in the hills of the province of Malaga, where you can enjoy fabulous views and a peaceful environment. Here, you will recharge your batteries and spend beautiful moments with your loved ones, as the house has a maximum capacity of 12 people.
The accommodation consists of a main house and an adjoining apartment. Although the two houses are not internally connected, they are rented together to ensure all the privacy you need.
The main house is spread over two floors. The ground floor houses a bright living-dining room, with comfortable sofas, a fireplace and large windows overlooking the pool, and a fully equipped independent kitchen. On this floor, you will also have a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed at your disposal.
The upper floor of the main house has two bedrooms, both with a double bed and a single bed each. A bathroom with a shower is also available for the 6 guests on this floor.
The other two bedrooms are located in the adjoining apartment, and have a double bed and 2 single beds respectively. Another bathroom with a shower and a living room complete the layout of the apartment.
The house has air conditioning in three bedrooms, available for an extra cost, electric radiators and a pellet stove.
Outside, enjoy the large porch to delight yourself with tasty meals or prepare a delicious barbecue while enjoying the dreamlike views. The private pool is heated from March 15 to November 15, and is available upon request and for an extra cost. The maximum water temperature reaches 28/30ºC, depending on the outside temperature, allowing you to enjoy a dip whatever the time of year.
Access is via a 450-meter dirt track, with curves and slopes typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
