Huge villa on the hills with staggering views over the Axarquía

Holiday home near Comares, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This enormous country house is set on a hilltop 3 km from Comares, in the heart of the province of Malaga. The splendid setting guarantees the most amazing views, which you can rejoice while spending your well-earned holidays sunbathing on the spacious terrace.

The rental is the combination of the main house and an independent apartment.

In the two-storey house, you are provided with a cosy lounge space with comfortable sofas, a fireplace in one corner, a wood pellet stove and a TV. The independent kitchen is fully equipped and big enough for preparing delicious meals to surprise your family's palates. On the house's ground floor, you will also have one bathroom with a bathtub and one bedroom at your disposal; this bedroom is furnished with one double bed and one single bed.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one single bed, and one with a double bed and an en-suite with a shower. Another bathroom with a shower is available on the top floor of the main house. Up to eight people can relax here.

The main house's three bedrooms are provided with warm/cool air-con machines, available at an extra cost.

The independent apartment is provided with one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with one double bed, in addition to a sofa bed for two people. A bathroom with a shower completes the facilities of the apartment.

The splendid terrace enjoys a large porch with an outdoor dining table, a covered BBQ area, sun loungers and a fabulous private and heated pool. The pool is heated from March 15th to November 15th, at an extra cost. The maximum temperature of the water is between 28ºC and 30ºC, depending on the outdoor temperature.

The access to the house is possible via a 550-mt unpaved lane.
