Nice charming villa with fenced private pool

Holiday villa near Alhaurín el Grande, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This cosy, rural villa lies in a 1,300-sq-mt plot, which the whole family will enjoy during their well-deserved holidays. The 240-sq-mt house is distributed on two floors, both of which are decorated in a rustic style, with wooden furniture and beams on the ceilings, stone arches and a thorough cosy ambience, which is also granted by the warm/cool air-con present in all the rooms.

On the ground floor of the house, you are welcomed by a spacious dining-living room with a brick fireplace, a comfortable sofa and armchairs that allow you to take a regenerating siesta. A smaller living room is attached to the bigger one, and you can access it through a picturesque stone arch. Here, you will find a cosy living room with another fireplace and TV, next to which the fully-equipped independent kitchen is located. A bathroom with shower is available on this floor.

The villa features four bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. On the ground floor, one bedroom has one double bed and the other two twin beds. Moving upstairs, you will find a gorgeous hall, where a sofa bed for two people is located. This room provides access to two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, whereas the spacious master bedroom with high ceilings features a double bed, an en-suite with tub and a lovely private terrace overlooking the countryside.

Outside, you will find everything to feel at home, in a completely different environment from the one you might be used to. The ample patio welcomes several different spaces, each of which with a unique purpose. The large porch features an area for “al fresco” dining, the nearby children playground lets the littlest ones spend fun moments; on the other side of the patio, the fenced pool area features a parasol and a bench where you can have refreshing drinks. Last, but not least, the spacious outdoor kitchen with BBQ, outdoor dining table and a grill. An outdoor bathroom with shower is also provided in the outdoor area of the villa.

The access to the house is possible via a 250-mt unpaved lane.
