Pretty villa with private pool and well-maintained garden

Villa located in Alhaurin el Grande, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This fabulous villa is provided with everything to let you enjoy your holidays without having to worry about anything. It has room for 12 people, so you can choose to go on holiday with your whole family and your friends. There are five bedrooms, all of which with warm/cool air-con. Lofted wooden ceilings characterise the first floor, where you can find three bedrooms. One has a double bed, an enormous built-in wardrobe and a private ensuite with a double bathtub and underfloor heating. The second bedroom has a double bed, an extra bed, a 2-mt-wide wardrobe and huge windows, thanks to which you can enjoy the views over the garden and the private pool. The third bedroom on this floor relies on a 2-mt-wide wardrobe, LCD TV, and a bunk bed.

On the ground floor, you will find two other bedrooms. One has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, LCD TV, and fantastic views from the porch and the garden. The last one is a 30 square metres bedroom with huge windows on the ceiling and all around its walls. It has one double bed and a day bed, together with two sofas.

The villa also has two more bathrooms, equipped with radiators . One has a bathtub, and the other has a shower. The whole holiday home relies on central heating and air-con. The spacious dining-living room has a fireplace and fantastic views, and you can feel a cosy atmosphere in the completely equipped, independent kitchen.

The outdoor area lacks absolutely nothing. The spacious garden welcomes sun loungers, parasols, and swings for children. It also has a lounge area and a barbeque area under a covered porch. The private pool is the cherry on the pie.

From October to April, both inclusive, the swimming pool gets heated and reaches a maximum temperature of 28ºC. From November 1st to March 31st, the pool features a fixed glass cover, which cannot be removed. In October and April, the pool is provided with a rollable thermal cover. It's possible to have the pool heated at an extra cost. If you don't wish to pay this amount, the pool will remain close from October 1st to April 30th and its use will be prohibited.

The access to the house is possible through a paved lane.
