The villa has four bedrooms with warm/cool air-conditioning. Two of them are provided with a double bed (1,5x2 mt) and an ensuite with shower each; the third one has a double bed (1.35x 1.90 mt), and the last one is equipped with two single beds. Another bathroom with shower completes the house. In the enormous living room, you will find a design bar, which separates it from the welcoming dining room. Share unforgettable moments with your beloved ones in this room. And you may also be happy to know that, from the independent kitchen, you can relish staggering views of the perfectly maintained garden. Hi-tech electric appliances will let you prepare delicious specialities, while the huge windows will inspire you.

The best way to taste the delicious coursings you have cooked is while sitting at the outdoor dining area. Here, during the spectacular summer evenings, you will but enjoy Spain's signature dishes, accompanied by a good glass of wine. The last rays of the sun will slowly disappear behind the mountains and, as you contemplate the surroundings, you will be overwhelmed by a sense of peace and tranquillity.

Imagine waking up and knowing that you will be able to have the first coffee of the day with the sun warming your skin. On the western porch, you will be able to do so. A lush garden surrounds the villa, populated by orange trees, mandarin trees, loquats, custard apple trees and avocado pear trees, all of which produce delicious fruits. Taste them while you relax on the porch.

The whole villa is eco-friendly. In fact, it is provided with solar panels to warm water, LED lights, hi-tech electric appliances, a garden with an optimised water consumption. Here, you and your family will have the possibility to relax after sunbathing on the sun loungers provided.

And if you fancy paying a visit to the historic centre of Malaga, you will be happy to know that the villa is located only 15-20 minutes far by car. It is provided with easy access to the highway, which will lead you to picturesque white towns and Andalucia’s most breathtaking cities.

The villa doesn't have a barbeque because of its location, in a protected area. For this reason, there is an electric grill at your disposal.

The access to the house is made possible by a paved lane, whose last 100 mt are unpaved. The villa has a three-place private parking.
