The east-facing porch offers the perfect spot for your first coffee of the day as the sun begins its journey across the sky. The owners of this wonderful villa are delighted to offer you an unforgettable vacation, featuring exquisite décor that pays homage to good taste. This, combined with the surrounding greenery, makes the house an idyllic place for your well-deserved rest on the Costa del Sol.

In their commitment to the environment, they have taken measures to reduce impact, including solar panels for hot water, LED lights throughout the house, efficient appliances, and a garden with optimized water usage.

The house has fiber optic internet with a speed of 100 MB.

The house is equipped with a pellet fireplace (biomass).

The 160 square meters of the house are distributed into 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning (hot/cold), 3 bathrooms all with shower trays, a living-dining room, and a kitchen.

The first two bedrooms are double rooms, each with a double bed measuring 1.50 m x 2 m and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds measuring 90 cm x 2 m, and the fourth bedroom has a double bed measuring 1.35 m x 1.90 m. These last two rooms share an independent bathroom.

The spacious and cozy living-dining room promises delightful gatherings. Among the villa's charms, the kitchen with views is particularly noteworthy. It will likely inspire you to prepare delicious dishes, taking advantage of its comprehensive equipment.

The house does not have a barbecue because it is located in a high natural protection area, but it does have an electric griddle for your barbecuing needs.

Access is mostly paved, with only 100 meters of the path unpaved. The rural house provides parking space for three vehicles.
