Inside the house, which is distributed over three floors, you will find a living room with two sofas and a TV, and a fully equipped American kitchen that also has a dining table. The ground floor also houses a bathroom with a shower. In the semi-basement, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with two single beds. The upper floor has another bathroom with a bathtub and a living room with sloping ceilings, equipped with a sofa and two comfortable armchairs.
The covered terrace with two dining tables is connected to the pool area thanks to steps. The pool area is divided between a covered barbecue and a pergola with another dining area, and the private pool, surrounded by a large garden with lush vegetation, offering complete privacy. The villa has parking for two cars inside the property.
Access is possible through a 200-meter concrete lane on a slight slope. There is a bus stop just 100 meters away that goes from Nerja to Frigiliana, making it a good option for clients who do not have a vehicle.
