Picturesque holiday home in the mountains in Frigiliana

Holiday home in the little village of El Acebuchal, north of Frigiliana, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This authentic holiday home is set in the hills that envelop the small village of El Acebuchal, 6 km north of the splendid white town of Frigiliana. Thanks to its location, this house is ideal for a relaxing getaway, far from the hustle and bustle and surrounded by a peaceful and natural environment. You will wake up to birds singing and the breeze blowing through the leaves and trees' branches, enveloped by a unique ambience that you won't want to leave anytime soon.

The split-level home features a rustic decor, characterised by wooden ceilings, terracotta floors, thick walls and wooden furniture. The living room welcomes a cosy sofa and a fireplace; on the same level, there is a bedroom with two twin beds. Two steps connect the lounge room with a fully equipped kitchen, where you will also find a dining table. The master bedroom is located near the kitchen (provided with a microwave-oven) and it's furnished with one double bed. A bathroom with a shower completes the house's layout.

The outdoor area is a pure charm. Several hideouts and corners provide the most magical atmosphere where to enjoy the quietness and contact with nature. The front porch welcomes an area for dining "al fresco", and chill-out space. Near the porch, a terrace with a small table overlooks the gorgeous valley, which makes it for the perfect spot to have a relaxing glass of wine. On the other side of the porch, a brick-built BBQ lets you prepare delicious meals accompanied by a marvellous natural setting. Magnificently landscaped spots, chill-out areas, ponds and fountains characterise the outdoors of the house, although the icing on the cake is the gorgeous private pool. A well-maintained garden surrounds the latter, thanks to which you will be able to relax in the sunshine.

Please note that barbecues are not allowed from April to October, due to the location of the house in a Natural Park.

The access to the house is paved, although steep and with curves, as the property is set in a small residential area 6 km north of Frigiliana.

As the owner of this house has several accommodations, he is not able to accompany the guest to the house at the arrival.
