It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each, and two bathrooms with shower. The whole house is provided with ceiling fans and heating is made through the fireplace of the dining-living room, which can heat the whole house through an aeration system. The dining-living room shares space with a completely equipped open kitchen.

The fenced outdoor area is provided with a private pool and a barbeque area, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols so that you can sunbathe in the warm Andalusian sunrays. Under the covered porch you will find an outdoor dining table, as well as under the pergola. The villa is completely private and not overlooked.

The access to the house is made through a 300-mt long unpaved lane in good conditions that leads to an automatic gate. The house also has a private parking. The owner offers the possibility to rent MTB bikes.
