This villa is located on the top of a mountain, from which you can spot the surrounding area of Montealegre and a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea and the Sierra de Tejeda y Almijara. The villa lies in a fenced 3000-sq-mt property, characterised by charming outdoor spaces that serve as splendid viewpoints.

The villa's indoor area stands out for its open spaces, where modern furniture, rustic details and Moorish style mix to re-create a smaller version of the Alhambra, especially in the spacious living area. Here, you will find a sofa bed for two people and comfortable armchairs, in addition to a dining table, all of which is enveloped in a warm and cosy atmosphere. However, this room's strong suit is the direct access to the gorgeous terrace, whose oval shape allows you to enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and the hills of Torrox. Have your breakfast here, or relax while reading your favourite book, while letting the sea breeze. Back inside, the living area is completed by a completely equipped open kitchen.

The villa features three bedrooms, decorated with charming details and care by the owners. The master bedroom is furnished with a 1.50-mt-wide bed and is provided with an en-suite with bathtub. In the other two bedrooms, you will find two single beds each, and they share a bathroom with shower. The three bedrooms are heated up by electric radiators.

The impressive outdoor area welcomes gardens, covered terraces and porches. Take revel in the views while you swim in the splendid private pool or as you sunbathe on the sun loungers. In the middle of the garden, you will find a gazebo with a chill-out area, right in front of a huge porch where there are a barbeque and an outdoor dining area. The final touch is provided by the vineyards and fruit trees that surround the whole villa.

The access to the house is possible through a 300-mt-long paved lane.
