Excellent holiday home with pool in coastal area

Holiday home located on the outskirts of Almachar, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This holiday home is situated in a fenced plot near the town of Almachar, in the region of Axarquía. Its setting also allows you to reach the lovely coastal area of Rincón de la Victoria, which is only a 20-minute drive far. Here, you can make the most of the beaches and chiringuitos together with your beloved ones.

The house sleeps 10; it occupies a single floor and features five bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

The indoor decor is characterised by bright colours and wooden details, which create a warm and light-filled ambience. Out of the five bedrooms, two are equipped with one double bed each, and the other feature two twin beds each. The dining-living room with fireplace share space with the open kitchen, characterised by a brick-built breakfast bar and kitchen stools.

In the spacious outdoor space, you will be able to relax and rejoice in the splendid views of the surrounding landscape. The house is provided with a private pool, located in a huge terrace, and surrounded by parasols and sun loungers. In the porch, you can have "al fresco" meals, near the BBQ. Lastly, the hammock between the porch's columns is the perfect spot for having a regenerating siesta.

The house, which is provided with a private parking lot, is accessible via a paved lane.
