Andalusian holiday home in stunning scenery

Villa situated in the precious landscape of Sierra Almijara, 4.5 km far from the town of Cómpeta, in the region of La Axarquía, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This captivating holiday villa is characterised by a rustic style, and in its rooms prevails differently-shaped, warm-coloured wood, which awards the estate with a discrete and lovely atmosphere. On the outdoor area, the stone is the absolute master, which harmonically mixes with colourful flowers and spectacular vines. The ancient building mixes with a modern furniture and commodities so that you can feel at home and live your holidays in complete comfort.

The holiday home is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, you will find an enormous, completely equipped independent kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a huge and vast dining-living room, whose sculptural, a two-aisle staircase will let you reach the first floor. Here you will have at your disposal three bedrooms, one with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, one with a double bed, and the latter with two single beds and a day bed which can welcome one more guest ( a child), in addition to an independent bathroom with shower.

All bedrooms and living room are provided with warm/cool air-conditioning.

Once you lean out over the terrace, you will enjoy the breath-taking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains rich of olive and almond trees, as well as limitless vineyards. You should take a deep breath and let the field smell penetrate your senses. It is now when you will hear a voice whispering: This is life!

The outdoor area also welcomes a spectacular private swimming pool, a vast porch, a barbeque area and a parking. The property is not fenced. The access is completely paved, except for the last 300 steep meters, characterised by slopes and curves, which is typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
