Holiday house for 6 people near Cómpeta, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.
Original and comfortable rural house that offers design and beauty. This captivating house, nestled in the beautiful geography of the Sierra Almijara, is rustic in style. Wood of different shapes and warm colors prevail throughout all its rooms, giving it that discreet and friendly air. Stone reigns on the exterior, harmoniously integrated with flowers and vines. The rural house mixes the traditional construction method of the area with modern equipment, so that you can live these days in total comfort. It has beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. It is characterized by its silence and tranquility.
It offers you a spacious and bright interior. The living room is separated from the kitchen by an original American bar. Of the three bedrooms, the main one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the other two have two single beds each. Independently, it has another bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Equipped with fireplace, washing machine, satellite TV, etc.
All bedrooms and the living room have hot/cold air conditioning.
It is inevitable that you look out onto the terrace to enjoy the horizon of the Mediterranean Sea and that your gaze stops at the splendid vegetation of olive trees, almond trees and vineyards. Breathe deeply and let that smell of the countryside penetrate your senses: you will feel your inner voice whispering to you: This is life!
Outside the rural house is the completely private pool, the large porch, the barbecue and the parking area. The property is not fenced.
The road to the rural house is paved, with curves and slopes, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located. Cómpeta is 4.5 km away.
Cómpeta offers us: several small supermarkets, bakery, fruit and vegetable store, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, medical center, dentist, internet cafe, souvenir shops, tourism information and much more.
Please note that if arrival occurs after 9:30 p.m., a supplement of €50 must be paid, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
