Holiday home located in the town of Cómpeta, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.
The house is located 15 minutes from Cómpeta (Málaga), on a 3,800 m2 plot. It has five bedrooms, three with 1.50-meter double beds, two of them with an en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The other two bedrooms with two single beds of 90 cm each, independently have another bathroom with a bathtub. Two more extra beds can be added in one of the bedrooms. The spacious dining room prepared for you and your 11 companions to share a tablecloth together. The rural house is equipped with a fireplace, TV, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, fridge-freezer, air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms and the living room, etc.
The porch of the rural house offers beautiful views of the mountains. Outside you can also enjoy the pool, as well as sunbathe on the terrace and enjoy the barbecue. The villa also has a parking area.
The access is paved. It is characterized by curves and slopes, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
