Accommodation that is located within the Sierra Sur region of Jaén, in the municipality of Alcalá la Real, located on the Piqueras hill, with wonderful views of the Sierra Sur itself, Sierra Nevada and the La Mota de Alcalá la Real.
The house has five bedrooms decorated in a vintage style, two of which have an en-suite bathroom. The spacious living-dining room has a built-in kitchen but separated by an American bar. It also has a large table with its corresponding chairs and a sofa next to the fireplace to rest or watch television quietly. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc., as well as ample crockery and cutlery. For winter, in addition to the fireplace, there is heating in all rooms with a central Biomass boiler.
Outside and next to the pool, there is an area where there is a wonderful barbecue that will delight people who like to cook. Likewise, there is the area of "El Parral", where in summer, you can rest or have any meal of the day without feeling the rigors of the heat at all.
