The rent includes sheets and towels, firewood for the fireplace or charcoal for barbecues are not included, as are personal products or cleaning products, although dish soap and toilet paper are always provided for the first day and some cleaning products for the house. There is an electric meter in the house to check that there is no high consumption and that energy is not wasted, up to 12 kWh per day is included in the price.
