The house has two floors with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a toilet, while on the upper floor there are three bedrooms, a master bedroom with a double bed, an extra single bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. On this floor there is another bathroom with a shower.
Outside there is a porch, a barbecue area, an outdoor bathroom and a private pool with stunning views of the mountains.
The house is located next to the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas Natural Park, in an area where some animals such as goats or deer can pass, leaving stones in their wake, so to access the house it is recommended to do so with a tall car
