In the heart of the Sierra Sur region, just a few kilometres from Jaén and Los Villares, is this excellent home. All traditional construction elements such as stone or centuries-old wooden beams have been respected in its construction.
The house is located in a unique setting of oaks and rockroses in the southern region of Jaén, surrounded by beautiful gardens and viewpoints from which you can see the surroundings of La Pandera, Río Frio and the olive groves of the province of Jaén. The common elements inside the house are the careful design and its abundant natural light that floods every corner, inviting you to enjoy the views from the living rooms and terraces. The decoration is dominated by traditional elements with a predominance of raw colours, plant fabrics, wood and glass, pampering every detail. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a covered terrace and fireplace as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
