Holiday home for 12 people in Baños de la Encina, in the province of Jaén, Andalusia.
Located in El Centenillo, a district that belongs to the Jaén municipality of Baños de la Encina, this house is located on the first well exploited by the English, in an area they called La Oliva Mine.
Inside one of its halls was the engine room of the same mine, where part of the loading docks is still preserved, where the engines were.
Located in a quiet enclave with privileged views, far from noise where you can contemplate its views in the Sierra Morena.
It has 6 large double rooms, all with exterior ventilation, 2 large kitchens where you will find all kinds of electrical appliances and messages, and 2 living rooms, one of which has a fireplace. It also has 2 bright living rooms, 3 full bathrooms with shower in each case, and 1 toilet.
Outside we find 3 pleasant terraces with outdoor furniture, 2 large garden patios, one of which has a pleasant barbecue, a large pool area with a chill-out space and finally a landscaped space with all kinds of plants.
We encourage you to do a hiking route with which you will find landscapes of Sierra Morena in first person.
