This villa is located in the heart of Eastern Andalusia and is the ideal refuge if you want to discover the fullness of the Sierra Sur de Jaén, spend a few days on holiday in Andalusia, visit the cities of Jaén, Córdoba or Granada, or simply get away from the noise and the stress of the city.
The farm has an area of 20,000 square meters and is divided into two parts by a road.
It is completely fenced and on the inside of the fence we see a row of cypress trees that guarantee, even more so, the privacy of the tenants.
The farm has two entrances, one the main access on the North side with an automatic door and surveillance installation and another on the West side for the entry of agricultural machinery.
Distributed over two floors, this house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. The second bedroom is made up of two single beds and a bunk bed, perfect for the little ones in the house. The third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, an excellent choice for families traveling with children. The last two bedrooms have two single beds and 4 single beds respectively. The house has 3 more bathrooms with shower.
In addition, it has a living room with a pool table and a large exterior with a private pool where you can relax and enjoy a good dip.
Inside the property there is a great diversity of fruit trees and vegetation native to the area, highlighting a large number of centuries-old oaks that give the surroundings a spectacular view. It has a microclimate within this geographical area that causes certain plant species that are difficult to conserve in this area.
Located very close to the foothills of the Ahillos mountain range, and with a strategic location with respect to towns and cities with their respective services:
- 20 minutes from Alcalá la Real (Shops, bars, town hall, medical center, pharmacies, schools, municipal swimming pool, library, bus service, taxi, etc.).

- There are different alternatives for activities such as hiking or visiting one kilometer of the archaeological site of Encina Hermosa on the top of a large mountain.
The Jacuzzi in the house has hot water and is available all year round.
