Holiday home on the outskirts of Castillo de Locubín, in the province of Jaén, Andalusia.
This spacious country house is located in the middle of olive groves, in the most typical setting of the Jaén countryside. When you arrive here, you will notice a truly rustic atmosphere, whose atmosphere is provided by the interior decoration and the outdoor spaces. An unforgettable experience awaits you in this country house.
The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room with comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a dining table. The independent kitchen is located next to the living room, and has a picturesque fireplace and the necessary kitchenware to prepare tasty meals. The ground floor also has a bedroom with a 135 cm double bed and a 105 cm single bed.
On the upper floor, you will find the remaining five bedrooms and two bathrooms with a shower. One bedroom is equipped with a 135 cm double bed and a 105 cm single bed; Two bedrooms each have a double bed. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have two double beds. So, thanks to the eight double beds and two single beds, this country house can accommodate up to 18 people.
The entire house, including the bathrooms, has central heating. The living room and bedrooms are also equipped with fans. Since the house is more than 200 years old, its thick walls help to maintain the temperature. Just keep in mind that it is advisable to keep the doors and windows closed during the warmest hours of the day.
The outdoor space features a porch with a table and a spacious patio, where the private pool is located. Around it, sun loungers and parasols allow you to enjoy the warm Andalusian sun and the fabulous views that surround the house. A bathroom with a shower is also available to guests outside the house.
Pets accepted for €10 per night.
Access to the house is possible thanks to a 1.4 km dirt track.
