Description
Holiday home for 6 people in Castaño del Robledo, in the province of Huelva, Andalusia.
The area is surrounded by chestnuts and oaks that give it a fresh look.
The house is completely renovated, keeping its old distribution, but reforming wooden ceilings throughout the house, with its 60 cm thick stone walls and high-quality iron stone pavements.
It has a fireplace in the lower part where there is a kitchen with masonry furniture and wooden doors with latticework. Corner armchair with extendable wooden table, six chairs and TV. Access to the landscaped patio with swimming pool.
On the mezzanine floor there is the living room with a fireplace and three-seater sofas, TV, air conditioning and heating for winter. This living room has a desk and wooden furniture with drawers and shelves.
Through the masonry staircase you go up to the bedrooms, one has a double bed with two high night tables, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers with a mirror and a window that overlooks the landscaped patio with a swimming pool. The other room with two 90 cm beds and exposed dressing room, with a window to the main facade.
From the living room you can access through another wooden staircase to a loft with wooden floor, window and where there are 2 extra beds.
The bathroom has a shower and a round bathtub embedded in the floor, a two-bowl washbasin and a stoneware masonry mirror, a toilet and a bidet, as well as drawers and shelves. The surface of the house is about 160m2.
It has a landscaped patio of 350 m2 with green areas and fruit trees. Two porches, one next to the house and the other with a built-in barbecue, next to the pool.
