The interior of the house is designed for comfort and convenience. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, ideal for spending time with family or friends during cool evenings. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, ensuring a good night's rest. The bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor, providing easy access from the bedrooms.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable temperature throughout the year.

The exterior of the house is a true haven of tranquility. Enjoy the spacious porch, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing with a book. The green garden, adorned with some trees and grass, provides a charming natural environment. Additionally, you can cool off in the shared pool, available from May 15 to September 30.

The house has a barbecue, which can be used from October to May. During the summer, using the barbecue is prohibited as the house is located in a protected area.

The access road to the house consists of a 250-meter dirt track.
