The villa is spread over three levels, and from any of them you can enjoy spectacular views.
On the first level, we find the entrance to the garage, which is not accessible to guests, as well as a laundry area.
On the main floor, we find the fabulous and spacious living room. Thanks to its huge windows, you'll enjoy the views and natural light practically all day long. Being an open and open space, communication between the different rooms is much more fluid and natural. The American-style kitchen opens directly into the living room. It has all the essential appliances you could ever need. It is also equipped with a breakfast bar where you can enjoy pleasant family meals. On this same floor, we find a charming guest toilet.
The bedrooms are located on the upper floor, which can be accessed either via the wide staircase or using the home's private elevator. There are three bedrooms on this floor, all with double beds and direct access to the terrace from which you can continue to admire the views surrounding the property. There are two bathrooms with showers on this level, one of which is en suite to the master bedroom.
The stunning exterior deserves special mention: it boasts incredible and spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and an infinity pool where you can cool off without losing sight of the wonderful views. The home also has several terraces from which you can relax or enjoy family time.
For safety reasons, sitting on the edge of the pool facing the street is prohibited.
