This stunning holiday home, spread over three floors, is perfect for enjoying unforgettable moments with family and friends.
On the first floor, which is located in the basement, you will find a cozy bedroom with a double bed, ideal for resting after a day of adventure. There is also a small gym to keep you active, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower, all designed for your comfort.
The second floor is the heart of the house. Here there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, and another bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom also with a shower and a bathtub. The spacious dining room, which includes a bar, is perfect for enjoying group meals. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, with a laundry room and pantry for added convenience. In addition, the living room has a TV, creating a cozy space to relax.
On the third floor, you will find two more bedrooms, each with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom that includes a shower and bathtub. One of these bedrooms also features a dressing room, adding an extra touch of luxury. This floor also features a study, ideal for those who need a quiet space to work or read.
The exterior of the house is a true paradise. A large garden surrounds the property, with a lovely area of fruit trees and a flower arch that leads you to the private pool. Here you can enjoy relaxing moments in the sun. The bar with a beer tap is perfect for cooling off, and the covered barbecue area, which includes a wood-burning oven, stove and refrigerator, is equipped with everything you need for outdoor cooking. In addition, there is a chill-out area where you can relax and enjoy the company of your loved ones.
