As soon as you enter this villa, you will be impressed by the spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and all the natural light that the house has.
The house has a double-height living room with large windows that will allow you to see beyond where the eye can see and glass doors facing west that will allow you to enjoy the tranquility and peace that the garden of this house gives you. The kitchen is also located on this floor and has great views of the sea. It is perfectly equipped to prepare delicious meals or enjoy a nice coffee at its breakfast bar overlooking the Mediterranean.
The house has 5 bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and located on the entrance floor. Two bedrooms with large double beds and large storage capacity are located on the first floor. Both have an en-suite bathroom and sea views. The master bedroom also has a large terrace.
On the lowest floor of this incredible 3-story house, there is another bedroom with a double bed and decorated in Arabic style and a wood stove. On this same floor, we find a complete bathroom with a shower. On this same level we find an apartment, with an independent entrance and direct access to the pool. This apartment is perfectly equipped with its own living room, kitchen and bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
You can use and enjoy the sauna where you can completely relax on your vacation.
Outside, the views from the terrace are truly stunning and thanks to its southern orientation, you can enjoy the sun all day long. The beautiful swimming pool, with curved shapes, is surrounded by a large terrace with views of the Mediterranean. Thanks to a heat pump, the pool can be heated throughout the year, although its use will have an extra cost not included in the final price.
You can also enjoy a pleasant evening with your loved ones in the house's outdoor dining room or enjoying a great barbecue on its top-quality gas barbecue.
Guests have free access to the community area of the urbanization, with a tennis court and community pool.
