The architecture of this beautiful modern villa allows light to flood into the interior seamlessly from the sunny exterior. The villa has white marble floors and the most beautiful views towards the Mediterranean Sea, the snow-capped Sierra Nevada mountains and the picturesque town of Salobreña with its 13th century Moorish castle.
The spacious and modern living room features a comfortable seating area, WIFI and a widescreen TV with a host of European and international channels. The open kitchen with cooking island has more than enough equipment so you can prepare the best Spanish dishes.
On the same floor as the living room, kitchen and terrace, you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a lovely en-suite bathroom. On this floor there is another bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom as well as the laundry room with washing machine and dryer are also located on this floor.
By using the stairs or the elevator you can reach the lower floor where there are four large double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and large built-in wardrobes. Two of the four bedrooms feature a king size bed and the other two are twin bedded rooms. All bathrooms have double sinks and a comfortable rain shower. In addition to this, all rooms give access through large sliding glass doors to a terrace that surrounds this floor. From this terrace, you can enjoy the sun and the amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea, but if you prefer to sleep, you can keep the automatic darkening blinds closed and enjoy your well-deserved rest.
