This modern villa, recently built and decorated in a minimalist style, has beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.
You will enjoy sun all day long, a heated infinity-style pool and a jacuzzi, all taken care of down to the smallest detail.
From the main door, we enter a spacious and bright living room. Its large windows and sliding doors will allow you to enjoy the blue sky and the magnificent views of the sea from inside the home. A modern, fully equipped American-style kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals, always with the wonderful views outside as a backdrop.
On this same level we find 3 of the bedrooms, of which one has a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms on this level have two single beds each. These bedrooms have access to another bathroom with a large shower. From all bedrooms, you can access the terrace and enjoy its magnificent views at any time. For the convenience of clients, there is a charming toilet and the house has a laundry area.
On the upper level we find a large terrace from which we can access from the master bedroom. From here there are impressive and panoramic views. The bedroom has its private terrace and bathroom with bathtub, from which you can enjoy the beautiful views of the sea.
Outside, there is the magnificent infinity pool with views of the Mediterranean Sea. If you wish, you can relax sunbathing or enjoying a nice barbecue while watching the sunset. The pool is heated thanks to a heat pump and its use will have an extra cost.
Guests have free access to the community area of the urbanization, with a tennis court, paddle tennis court, swimming pool, soccer field, playground and the snack bar which is open during the summer months. The beach, restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes away by car and the airports of Malaga, Granada and Almería are within easy reach.
