New holiday rental villa in the picturesque village of Salobreña, about 40 minutes from the town of Nerja. It has Internet access, private heated pool with automatic cover and safety fencing for children, jacuzzi, air conditioning, 200 meters of sunny terraces, covered porch, and outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Beach, tennis and golf very close. The villa is in a quieter area than Nerja.
The house is distributed over two floors.
On the first floor we find a bedroom with a double bed and glass doors from which you can directly access the pool and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and sinks. Bedroom with two single beds for two people with 2 windows with magnificent views of the sea and bedroom with two single beds for up to 2 people. Full bathroom for both bedrooms with single beds easily accessed from the pool, poolside shower with hot and cold water, access to covered porch, poolside terrace and pool.
On the second floor we have a spacious and open living room and dining room with a vaulted ceiling, a living room terrace equipped with a table and chairs for breakfast and eating outdoors. An American kitchen with a rustic style with imported maroon countertops. Master suite with large attached bathroom, which has a rounded bathtub in the corner and shower tray, as well as a double sink. It has beautiful views from the large living room, the master bedroom and even the kitchen. It has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Cozy rustic-style covered porch, with a unique bar made of stone and brick. Kitchen for use in summer with a refrigerator for drinks, sink, hob and gas barbecue, all perfect for eating outdoors, or next to the pool. Private, heated pool and jacuzzi. The community area of the urbanization is located a 3-minute walk from the house, and includes a large community pool, children's pool, playground, tennis, paddle tennis, table tennis, soccer field and basketball court.

- The costs to heat the pool up to 28ºC are:
October 1 to April 30: 175 euros per week.
May 1 to September 30: 125 euros per week.
- Heating costs from 28 degrees are 25 euros per degree per week.
